Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Braintree, MA for a full-time role. The position offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement into RBT certification through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance; ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed; teach communication, social, and daily living skills; implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress, maintain quality, and collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
