Abhcal in Santa Ana is hiring Behavior Technicians/ABA Therapists with no prior experience required. Earn $20–$25 per hour with comprehensive paid training and supervisor oversight. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
• Teach language, communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
• Implement positive behavioral supports as directed by supervisor.
• Collect daily session data using company tablet.
• Facilitate social skills play dates.
• Collaborate with families to teach programs and involve siblings.
