Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health in Santa Ana, CA is hiring Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist with no experience required. Pay is $20-25 per hour, based on experience and education.

We offer flexible hours (8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Mon–Fri; weekend hours optional) and comprehensive paid training. You will run one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, and clinics, teach language and social skills, collect daily data, and support families with training and home practice.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Live Scan background check required after conditional offer (reimbursement).
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and the community.
• Teach language, communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
• Implement positive behavioral supports developed by your supervisor.
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet.
• Facilitate social skills play dates.
• Work with families to teach programs and include siblings.
• Support learning at home and in the community.
