Advanced Behavioral Health in Santa Ana, CA is hiring Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist with no experience required. Pay is $20-25 per hour, based on experience and education.

We offer flexible hours (8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Mon–Fri; weekend hours optional) and comprehensive paid training. You will run one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, and clinics, teach language and social skills, collect daily data, and support families with training and home practice.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Live Scan background check required after conditional offer (reimbursement).
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – No Experience Needed!
Pay: $20-25 per hour, based on experience and education

About Us

We work with kids of all ages, providing ABA therapy. We are a Top Workplace in Orange County and are looking for enthusiastic therapists to join our team. We serve families throughout Orange County – e.g., Anaheim, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana.

We are hiring part-time and full-time therapists to work with our awesome kiddos. We have immediate availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (4–32 hours per week), with optional weekend hours. We’re super flexible and will work around your schedule. Staff working 30+ hours per week qualify for full-time benefits.

No experience necessary! You’ll receive comprehensive PAID training and weekly oversight from our credentialed supervisors.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Energetic, reliable, and caring
• Live Scan background check, completed after a conditional offer (we reimburse the cost)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
