Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health is looking for Behavior Technicians/ABA Therapists to support children with ABA therapy across Orange County. Roles include driving between locations, delivering targeted language, social, and self-help skills, and collecting daily data.

No experience is required; paid training and supervision are provided. We offer both part-time and full-time options, with benefits for full-time staff and a bilingual pay differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Live Scan background check after conditional offer.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and the community, driving to each location as needed.
• Teach a wide range of skills, including language and communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills.
• Implement positive behavioral supports developed by your supervisor.
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet.
• Facilitate social skills play dates.
• Work directly with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community.
