Job summary

Abhcal is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists in California, offering part-time and full-time roles with no experience required. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Live Scan background check completed after a conditional offer (reimbursement).
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics and the community, traveling as needed.
• Teach language/communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
• Implement positive behavioral supports as directed by supervisor.
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet.
• Facilitate social skills play dates.
• Collaborate with families to teach programs, involve siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community.
