Job summary

MAC Midwest New Ulm, MN, is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy for children with autism, under supervision. This part-time role offers a supportive, clinic-based environment and opportunities to impact learner outcomes.

This position runs from 12:00pm to 4:30pm, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on EIDBI service level at hire. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is encouraged if hired at level 3 BT.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an RBT certification if hired as level 3 BT.
• Interest in working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and implement feedback.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills.
• Collect session data and complete documentation using an iPad.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
