Job summary
A leading ABA therapy provider in Dundalk, MD, is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to deliver clinical skills instruction and behavior protocols to children with Autism. Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy in various settings, supporting treatment plan implementation, and data collection. Qualifications
Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, healthcare, or education preferred.
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Current BLS certification, or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.

Education
