Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a part‑time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data on goals during sessions and work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans. You’ll share progress updates with families and support skill development.

Experience with ABA and a passion for helping children and families are essential. Flexible afternoon/evening hours and ongoing mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
