Comprehensive Behavior Supports is seeking individuals for part-time ABA roles in New Jersey. The position offers flexible schedules, free training, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience with children with Autism through evidence-based interventions.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided, and prospects include sign-on and referral bonuses. The schedule runs Monday-Friday and Saturdays, totaling about 20 hours per week, in client homes or community settings.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
