Job summary

BK Behavior in New Jersey seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting independence. The role is part-time, with flexible afternoon/evening hours and opportunities to advance within ABA services.

No prior experience required; candidates should be dedicated, patient, and reliable, with a willingness to learn and travel to client homes or community locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation
• Need to Know: Services will be provided in clients homes or in community-based locations
• All positions start off part time
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course
• Minimum 6 month commitment required

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness
