Job summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports in the United States seeks compassionate individuals to join as ABA technicians providing one-on-one services for children with Autism. You will implement evidence-based interventions, document progress, and support families in fostering positive behavior and independence.

Position starts part-time with paid training and opportunities to advance within a thriving ABA field, with scheduling options including afternoons and evenings to fit student or caregiver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and willingness to learn.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must be able to commute to clients' homes or community locations.
• 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course required/unavailable on hire, paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes.
