Job summary

Triumph ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing behavior plans, data collection, and maintaining progress records in home or community settings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible after-school and weekend hours are available, with opportunities for RBT certification and career

Qualifications

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in related field.
Examples of related roles include Paraprofessional, RBT, BI, and other direct care positions.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress.
Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and observed changes in behavior.
Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
Collaborate with other therapy team members, including BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians.
Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
