Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services seeks an Applied Behavioral Analyst (ABA) Technician to support individuals and families across hospital, residential, and outpatient settings. Under BCBA guidance, you will implement behavior intervention plans and help clients develop skills in a recovery-focused care environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, collaborating with a treatment team, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• RBT certification preferred.
• BCaBA certification preferred.
• Experience related to Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioral health.

Aufgaben

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient behavior and progress.
• Apply ABA principles to support behavior change and skill development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and families.
• Use approved tools to measure outcomes and track progress.
• Identify barriers to treatment and support strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation per policies.
• Provide emotional and practical support to patients and families.
• Maintain required training and demonstrate competency.
• Promote Pine Rest’s Model of Care and mission.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
