Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Svc is seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our multidisciplinary team. You will develop and supervise behavioral interventions to support patients, build skills, and promote independence in daily life.

The role emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based practices, and coaching caregivers, with the chance to influence care across hospital and community settings.

Masters degree and BCBA certification are required; two years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in behavior analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to assess behavioral needs and plan care.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments to guide treatment.
• Develop and monitor behavior support plans in hospital settings.
• Coach staff and caregivers in evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Train staff to implement behavioral programming and track progress.
• Use data to evaluate and adjust interventions.
• Serve as a behavioral health resource for families and partners.
• Build trusting relationships, promoting dignity and inclusion.

Education

Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
