Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions. You will join a clinical team responsible for implementing skill-building plans and recording session data.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and BCBA supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness and outcomes. Part-time positions with paid training are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness
