Job summary

LeafWing Center in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Mid-Tier Supervisor for ABA to lead teams of interventionists and work directly with individuals with autism across home, clinic, school and community settings. This part-time role offers competitive pay and opportunities to assist BCBAs with data collection, assessments, and program supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field and is pursuing BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education or related field required.
• Pursuing BCBA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBAs with data collection, assessments, and reassessments.
• Assist with developing individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Train staff and supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Maintain documentation including session notes, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Ensure treatment integrity and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Complete supervised experience hours towards BCBA eligibility.
