Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• Pursuing BCBA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Previous experience in ABA or with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Paid training, professional development, and certification support offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBAs with data collection, assessments, and reassessments.
• Assist in developing individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Train staff and supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation including session notes and progress reports.
• Ensure treatment integrity and compliance with ethical standards.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals for consistency across settings.
• Complete supervised experience hours toward BCBA eligibility.
