Job summary

Heartland Behavior is hiring on a part-time basis to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings. You will work with a clinical team, implement skill-building programs, and record session data with electronic devices.

Training is provided to earn your RBT certification. We value patience, compassion, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
