Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles across North Carolina locations, including Tarboro, Spruce Pine, Flat Rock, Conover and more. Earn Same Day Pay and join a supportive clinical team delivering evidence-based ABA services in clients\' homes or community settings.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA sessions, data collection, and collaboration with families to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
