Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our ABA team across multiple North Carolina locations, including Hickory, Clinton, Norlina, Harrisburg, Wake Forest, Sanford and Mayodan.

Exact shifts are part-time with paid training provided; same-day pay options are available. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, record data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
