BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support clients in Tarboro, Spruce Pine, Flat Rock, Conover, Tarboro, and Mount Olive, NC. Roles are part-time with immediate availability and opportunities for advancement within a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
