Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and work with children with autism.
• Paid training is provided and no prior ABA experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, delivering skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
