Butterfly Effects is hiring dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians in Holyoke, MA for part-time after-school hours. Earn $20.00-$25.00 per hour, with 12-20 hours per week and paid training available.

You will work under a BCBA to implement ABA plans, help children improve communication, social skills, and self-care, and collaborate with families to deliver effective interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the ABA field.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports client's progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data in our online database.
• Participates in ongoing training to increase skills.
