Job summary

myHHBS, Inc. is seeking a Part-time ABA Clinical Supervisor for the Los Angeles/Orange County area. The role requires a Master’s in ABA (or in MS/MA-ABA) and supervises therapists, conducts parent training, and ensures ethical, high-quality services.

Availability Mon-Fri 2pm–8pm. Approximately 10–22 hours per week with supervision meetings monthly. Bilingual Spanish preferred; transportation required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or 5 ABA master’s courses with transcripts required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with children.
• Experience supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians preferred.
• BACB fieldwork supervision hours (restricted & unrestricted).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision to therapist and case.
• Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
• Supervise therapist on case with guidance and training in antecedent control, teaching strategies, and consequence interventions.
• Ensure program is implemented correctly and consistently.
• Conduct quality control for clinical treatment, scheduling, data collection, and therapist performance.
• Collect accurate data for progress reports reviewed by BCBA.
• Meet with BCBA monthly to review cases.

We are a team of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and Registered Board Technicians in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. We are Autism Specialists that service the entire Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision to the therapist and case.
  
• Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
  
• Provide therapist on case with supervision, guidance, and training in behavior analytic antecedent control procedures, teaching strategies, and consequence interventions
  
• Ensure that the program is being implemented correctly and consistently.
  
• Conduct quality control processes for clinical treatment, schedule/cancellation, signatures for rendered sessions, therapist performance, consistent data collection, and more.
  
• Collect accurate data that will be reviewed by a BCBA for Progress Report completion.
  
• Meet with your BCBA once a month to review cases.
  
• Provide direct therapy sessions to the client if your behavior therapist is absent and cannot provide the treatment session.
  
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10-22 hours per week

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis OR at least 5 courses must be completed in a Masters ABA program. Transcripts Required
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
  
• Expertise in the development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  
• Experience supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians (Therapists) - Preferred.
  
• Must have reliable transportation.
  
• Solid technical skills and passion for quality service.
  
• Organized and efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
