Job description

Behavior One Autism Solutions is now hiring one full‑time (32+ hours a week) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage ABA services delivered to our clients in Orange County.

Behavior One Autism Solutions has the following hours of operation for clinical services:

• Mon‑Fri 8:00 am‑8:00 pm (Session times are based on employee’s availability)

Pay

• Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
• Opportunities for up to $120,000.00 per year with bonus incentive
• Pay is negotiable

The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD, and Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one‑on‑one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the client’s caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Design ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities
• Ensure integrity of program implementation
• Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed
• Analyze data and create graphs for visual analysis of dataDevelop the behavioral/clinical skill sets and clinical decision‑making skills for a team of behavior technicians
• Provide individualized client‑centered parent training
• Facilitate clinical team meetings (CTMs)
• Participate actively in professional growth opportunities such as staff trainings and supervision
• Model appropriate behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers
• Check in with caregivers about client behavior/progress
• Engage in active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregivers
• Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Generate and complete progress reports
• Conduct initial behavioral assessments
• Use assessment tools (i.e., Vineland‑3, VB‑MAPP, etc.) to assess progress

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a related field is required
• Must be a current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Have previous clinical experience as an autism service provider in a home or in a school setting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff
