myHHBS in Los Angeles County seeks enthusiastic Part-Time Behavior Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help children develop social skills and independence.

Join a supportive team with paid training, opportunities for raises, RBT supervision, and mileage reimbursement. Availability is 3 days per week, 3:00–8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Requirements

Behavior Therapist Duties and Responsibilities

I mplement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under thesupervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Master’s level supervisor.

Collect data on all programs.

Analyzeand assist young clients in developing appropriate socialbehaviors and life skills
Recorddetailed observation notes for every client
Collaboratewith family members to obtain feedback on progress and providesupport
Attendclinical team meetings and training sessions
Workindependently as well as on a team, taking instruction andconstructive feedback positively to ensure a high quality ofservice to the client

Behavior Therapist Requirements and Qualifications

Availability

Must be available at least 3 days per week Mon-Fri from 3-8

Education and Experience

• Associates Degree/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.

Abilityto lift 40 pounds and sit/play on the floor for extended periodsof time

NegativeTB test within last 4 years

Must have valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and own transportation

• Passpre-employment background check

Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour

• Competitivepay and initial and ongoing paid training - Maximum pay is dependent upon the combination of education and experience
