Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking Part-Time Behavior Technicians to provide ABA services to clients in Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, and homes. Pay ranges from $21 to $26 per hour, with a flexible part-time schedule and Spanish language preference.

Responsibilities include implementing programs, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs, all under clinical supervision. Training, safety procedures, and confidentiality are emphasized in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available Monday-Friday, 12:00-8:00 p.m.
• Reliable transportation to Thousand Oaks and Oxnard.
• Access to a mobile device for scheduling, data collection & documentation.
• Willingness to complete required training & pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans by a BCBA.
• Help clients practice meaningful skills through structured teaching.
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers & colleagues.
• Collect accurate data using our data collection app & submit notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BAA, participate in training & apply feedback.
• Follow safety procedures & promptly report clinical concerns.
• Maintain dependable attendance, boundaries & client confidentiality.
