Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide ABA services to clients in home, center, and community settings. Pays 21–26 USD per hour with a flexible schedule and part-time hours. Spanish proficiency is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities include implementing skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs/BAAs. Training and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 12:00-8:00 p.m.
• Reliable transportation to Thousand Oaks and Oxnard.
• Access to a compatible mobile device for scheduling, data collection, and documentation.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to complete required training and applicable pre-employment screening.
• Spanish proficiency is preferred, but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help clients practice meaningful skills through structured teaching and everyday activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Collect accurate data using our data collection app and complete session notes.
• Collaborate with your BCBA and BAAs, participate in training, and apply feedback.
• Follow individualized safety procedures and promptly report clinical concerns.
• Maintain dependable attendance, professional boundaries, and client confidentiality.
