Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) in Nipomo, CA is seeking an Entry Level Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings.

The role offers flexible weekday hours, paid onboarding and training, and a $21.00–$26.00 hourly rate with a $500 sign-on bonus. No weekends required; ideal for students or caregivers balancing other commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
