NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BHT) in Harrisburg, PA to support children and families with autism through ABA interventions.

You will work in clinic, home, or school settings under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication and social skills while collecting data and following treatment plans. The role offers paid training, PTO, and mileage reimbursements for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a BCBA to create meaningful change.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
• Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.

As a Part Time Behavior Technician (BHT), you will:
