Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BHT) in North East, PA. You will work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, or school settings under BCBA supervision to implement ABA and drive meaningful change.

You will help clients improve communication, social, and independent living skills, while collaborating with families and treatment teams. The role includes data collection, plan execution, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings under supervision.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
• Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials.
