Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BHT) to work one-to-one with children in clinic, home, and school settings under the supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA and foster meaningful change.

The role offers guaranteed 20 hours per week, pay of $19–$23 per hour, paid training, and PTO, plus mileage reimbursement for travel between service locations. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a BCBA to create meaningful change.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
• Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
