Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a part-time Behavioral Technician to provide direct behavioral, academic, and classroom support to students with IEPs in a school setting. You will implement behavior plans, collaborate with teachers, and help collect data on progress and safety.

The role involves assisting with personal care needs and following ABA strategies to promote student success. This position is onsite in San Bernardino, offering part-time hours after school with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience implementing IEPs and BIPs within classrooms.
• Ability to follow ABA strategies and behavior plans.
• Comfort working with students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs using ABA with fidelity.
• Support classroom routines and teacher collaboration.
• Collect, document, and report behavior and academics data.
• Use CPI de-escalation and safety interventions as needed.
• Assist with toileting, diapering, and mobility when required.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group behavioral support.
• Engage with students in classrooms, playgrounds, and transitions.
• Participate in trainings and other assigned duties.
