Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to implement Individual Support Plans under supervision. The role offers training with exposure to multiple learners across clinic and home settings, with post-training permanent placements anticipated.

The BT/RBT will read plans, collect data, and support communication and behavioral goals while collaborating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA principles and interventions.
• Ability to read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with data collection and progress documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in designated region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation promptly.
• Support development of communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to improve outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when billable hours are unavailable.
