Job summary

You will observe progress, document data, and collaborate with families, BCBA/consultants, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass company background check.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress daily.
• Applies behavioral principles in interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and analysts.
• Completes daily paperwork in our online database.
• Participates in ongoing training and maintains client confidentiality.
