Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking energetic Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians for a part-time after-school role. You will support children with autism, implement ABA plans, track progress, and collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors.

Ideal candidates are passionate about children, reliable, and ready to learn; a background check is required. The position offers 3:30pm–6:30pm after-school hours, with 10–15 hours per week and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Observe and report client progress and behavior daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors with ABA-based techniques.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry in our system.
