Acorn Health in Franklin, TN is hiring Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. You will implement 1:1 therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families and the treatment team to support meaningful child outcomes.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in diverse settings. University partners and professional development opportunities are available.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years experience working with children preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete training necessary to provide therapy (state requirements vary).
• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Work with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents, supervisors and others to inform and improve treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other clinically indicated locations.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
