Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to provide direct, one-on-one ABA services in the child’s home under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement the BIP, collect progress data, and adapt strategies as goals evolve with monthly progress reviews.

Flexible PART-TIME schedules after school with potential weekends, mentorship from a BCBA, and opportunities to pursue RBT credentials are available to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification and related trainings.
• Experience working with pre-school and elementary-aged children.
• Ability to collect and chart progress data per individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication with families and BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the home.
• Follow the BCBA-designed Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP).
• Collect numerical and qualitative data daily.
• Document progress notes and data points.
• Collaborate with BCBA and ABA professionals network.
