Primary Responsibility: Take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations. This involves product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations, and teamwork to create an excellent shopping and working environment.

Responsibilities: Processing, packaging, and stocking products according to standards; cleaning work areas; providing customer service; unloading stock; and reloading salvage.

Personal Skills

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination.

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, memos, and correspondence in English. Ability to present information effectively to customers, vendors, and associates speaking only English.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers using units of American money and weight measurement.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions; solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates and Licenses

Completion of company training including orientation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge.

Physical Demands

Must regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and smell. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to lift/move up to 60 pounds. Vision requirements include close, color, and depth perception.

Work Environment

Exposure to wet, hot, cold conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, with moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations are provided.
