Base pay range

$17.40/hr - $17.40/hr

Primary responsibilities: Take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations. This includes product knowledge, food prep, sales, customer relations, and teamwork. Responsibilities also include processing, packaging, stocking, cleaning, unloading, and reloading salvage.

Qualifications

Personal Skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in training and teamwork to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.

Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction using dollars and weights.

Reasoning Ability

Apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables.

Physical Demands

Must regularly stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, and taste or smell. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must lift/move up to 60 pounds and reach from 6-72 inches. Must have close vision, color, and depth perception.

Work Environment

Frequent exposure to wet, hot, or cold conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise level is usually moderate.
