Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Hospital Housekeeper for the 2nd shift at Metro Health Park East in Grand Rapids, MI. The role supports hospital cleanliness across patient areas, rooms, and common spaces, on-site with rotating weekends and holidays.

Hourly pay is $16.00, with shift hours 5:00pm to 1:30am. Daily duties include cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, dusting surfaces, and stocking supplies. A high school diploma or GED is required, and post-offer medical, background screening and

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
