Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a variety of custodial duties across the facilities. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork to maintain clean and safe buildings.

Responsibilities include floor care, window washing, bathroom restocking, trash removal, and periodic deep cleaning tasks. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate light and heavy floor machines and shampoo equipment.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas, spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass surfaces.
• Damp wipe and clean bathrooms, restock supplies.
• Report defects such as clogged urinals or lights out to supervision.
• Take out and replace trash liners; place trash in designated area.
• Shovel snow from steps and walkways as directed.
• Perform periodic duties like high dusting and polishing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
