Job summary

Madison Pointe Assisted Living is seeking a Part-Time 2nd Shift (3PM-11PM) CBRF Caregiver with rotating weekends to join our team. The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living and promotes independence with dignity in a caring, professional environment.

You will work with a dedicated team, maintain confidentiality, and participate in facility in-services. Prior caregiving experience and relevant certifications are preferred, with CPR certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Caregiver role preferred to have direct care experience in CBRF or similar setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; CBRF certifications preferred.
• CPR certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Encourage resident independence while preserving dignity and safety.
• Document and report changes in resident condition to the supervisor.
