Job summary

Madison Pointe Assisted Living is seeking a Part-Time 2nd Shift (3PM-11PM) CBRF Caregiver with rotating weekends to join our team of dedicated professionals serving residents and their families.

The role supports daily living activities, personal hygiene, and social engagement while upholding resident dignity and privacy. Preferred certifications include CBRF standards and CPR where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CBRF certifications preferred: Standard Precautions, First Aid, Fire Safety.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Encourage independence and preserve resident dignity.
• Support resident socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Present neat, clean appearance and participate in in-services.

About The Opportunity

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work related problems with the proper individuals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CBRF Certifications preferred: Standard Precautions, First Aide, & Fire Safety.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
