Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Willing to open/close the store and be occasionally alone.
• Able to stand, walk for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and become a people manager.
• Entry-level management role with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Help re-stock the sales floor and keep area neat and clean.
• Teach others how to do all tasks above and lead the team.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
