Shoe Sensation, Inc. in Mitchell, SD is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager (Part Time) to greet customers, sell shoes, lead the sales team, handle deposits, and keep the store running smoothly during shifts. This entry-level management role offers growth, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to learn retail leadership.

You will develop sales skills, train teammates, and ensure an excellent customer experience while supporting store operations and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to open/close the store, sometimes alone in the store.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep things neat and clean in the store.
• Teach others how to do all the things above.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
