Qualifications

BA/BS Degree from an accredited university in education.
Familiar with Florida State standards and assessments.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with partners and schools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines under time constraints.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Experience with the IXL digital learning platform is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Training in Social/Emotional Learning and/or Trauma-Informed Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee tutoring, literacy development, and academic enrichment within 21st Century Learning Center services.
Plan and implement educational programs meeting Florida State standards.
Monitor tutoring sessions to align with Student Learning Plans (SLPs).
Provide administrative and logistical support for educational programs.
