Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree from an accredited university in education.
• Familiar with Florida State standards and assessments.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with partners and schools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under time constraints.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience with the IXL digital learning platform is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Training in Social/Emotional Learning and/or Trauma-Informed Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tutoring, literacy development, and academic enrichment within 21st Century Learning Center services.
• Plan and implement educational programs meeting Florida State standards.
• Monitor tutoring sessions to align with Student Learning Plans (SLPs).
• Provide administrative and logistical support for educational programs.
