Qualifications

• BA/BS in education required.
• Familiar with Florida State standards.

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• IXL platform experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• SEL/Trauma-Informed Care training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tutoring, literacy development, and academic enrichment.
• Plan and implement standards-aligned education programs.
• Monitor tutoring sessions and Student Learning Plans.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for educational programs.
