Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Caregiver for the Shores of Sheboygan to support residents on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 3 pm.

You will assist with daily living tasks, provide companionship, monitor health, and coordinate with team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining a positive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State-required Caregiver certification (if applicable).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help residents enjoy meals and snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship.
• Encourage independence while providing compassionate support.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Work alongside an amazing team dedicated to exceptional care.
